Luerelle™ Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you shop with Luerelle™. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below, in accordance with applicable United States law.


1. Order processing times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

During high‑volume periods, processing times may extend slightly. If a significant delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you by email.


2. Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Free shipping on all U.S. orders

Luerelle™ offers free standard shipping on every order within the United States.

Estimated delivery time (after processing)

  • United States: 7–14 business days
  • U.S. Territories: 10–20 business days
  • International: 10–21 business days (varies by destination)

All orders include end‑to‑end tracking. Delivery estimates are based on carrier performance and may be affected by weather, customs, or other external factors.


3. Shipping carriers

Orders are delivered through major carriers such as:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

Carrier selection depends on your location and local delivery availability.


4. Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear, depending on the carrier’s system.


5. Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Luerelle™ is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we can reship it once additional shipping fees are paid.


6. Lost, delayed, or stolen packages

Once a package is transferred to the carrier, it becomes the carrier’s responsibility.

Luerelle™ is not liable for:

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received
  • Carrier delays or service interruptions
  • Lost or stolen packages

If an issue occurs, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. We will assist where reasonably possible, but replacements or refunds cannot be guaranteed for carrier‑related issues.


7. International shipping, duties & taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs processing may also cause delays beyond our control.


8. Shipping restrictions

Certain products may not be eligible for international shipping due to local regulations or carrier limitations.

If an item cannot be shipped to your location, we will contact you to arrange a refund or alternative solution.


9. Order changes & cancellations

Orders can only be changed or canceled before they enter processing or fulfillment. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
